Extended Diversion Time Operations (EDTO)
Purpose: The purpose of this course it to provide an overview of the requirements of Extended Diversion Time Operations to qualified aviation maintenance personnel as per 145.A.30 of the EASA and CASA Part 145 regulations. EDTO training for maintenance staff is a requirement of any EDTO approvals granted by CASA. Training is designed to make staff aware of EDTO maintenance program requirements and procedures. Upon completion of the course, you will receive a completion certificate.
Regulatory Requirements:Â
- This course was developed IAW Part 42 Manual of Standards Chapter 2 and Chapter 3, which outlines the basic requirements for EDTO maintenance and a reliability program, and is further defined in CAO 82.0 Appendix 4 and Appendix 5.
